Terms of service

I certify that I have all the necessary powers and I am duly authorized by the above named business/company to undertake business with Cangem Global Corporation. We confirm that we will provide you with such necessary information and documents as you may reasonably require, including business registration, export-import accounts/licences & other government authorizations related to the services requested from Cangem. We acknowledge that if we are granted any credit facility by Cangem, as a continuing condition of such a facility being provided, we will provide, on request, such additional information as you may reasonably require. We acknowledge that any credit facility granted by you is extended on a wholly uncommitted basis and that it may be withdrawn by you without prior notice. We understand that you are relying on this information (including the documentation enclosed). We confirm that such information is complete, accurate and up-to-date. We agree to notify you promptly in writing should there be any material change.
